We hope to answer all of your questions related to shipping and returns here.  If you don't find the information that you need, please contact us so we can help.

How Much is Shipping?
We charge a low $9.50 flat rate on all orders unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping?
Sorry, we do not ship outside of the continental US at this time.
How Do I Ship?
We ship most orders inside the continental US via UPS to business or residential addresses 

When Do I Ship?
We ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving the order.  Orders placed on weekends and holidays usually ship the next business day.

Tracking Number?
We will usually email your UPS tracking number within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.  Please visit the UPS package tracking Websites to check on shipment statuses once you have received your tracking numbers.  UPS guaranteed ship dates are guaranteed by UPS and not RampageShop.com - however we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package after it leaves the warehouse.

When Will You Get Your Rampage or Parts?
UPS is our preferred method for ground shipping.  The following chart gives you the standard transit time for products shipping from the warehouse.  Our goal is to have any in-stock item shipped within 1-2 business days of your order.  Transit times noted below do not include the day that the order is placed, Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from RampageShop.com, but all returns must be approved in advance, so please contact us to get a return authorization number prior to shipping any product back.

Important GuideLines For RampageShop.com Returns:
-Customers are responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise, we recommend that you use a delivery service with tracking so you can verify your return made it back to the warehouse
-Shipping charges for the original order are  non-refundable
-Returns must be in a like-new/unused condition to receive a refund

Damaged Product or Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our success so our goal is to get your products to you on time and in perfect condition.  Occasionally, something happens along the way to prevent that, please let us know right away so that we can make it right.

Damaged / Defective Products
Should you receive your order and find any items damaged, defective or missing please contact me as soon as possible so that we can work with you to ship replacement or missing items right away.  For defective items please be prepared to fill out a Redcat Racing warranty form.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Should your order never arrive or there is damage to the packaging and you don't get satisfaction from the shipping carrier, we want to help.  Please contact us within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered (or the date it was expected to be delivered.)  To expedite the claim process and protect yourself please follow these important guidelines:
-Inspect every shipment for lost, missing, or damaged merchandise (be sure to  count containers if your shipment came in multiple containers)
-Sign the freight carriers receipt as short, damaged, or incomplete to record the issue
-Obtain the signature of the carrier for the lost or damaged merchandise
