If you have received the automated emails stating that your order has shipped, please do not email me to ask for tracking updates.  A better solution is to use the following links to get automated tracking updates:

DHL:  Enter your tracking number at this link only - https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/  The regular DHL tracking website will not work with DHL eCommerce shipments

UPS:  Enter your UPS tracking number here then sign up for updates

USPS:  Enter your USPS tracking number here then sign up for updates

Your USPS order may be shipped via DHL eCommerce.  If your automated email says your order shipped via DHL, enter your tracking number here then sign up for updates. 

Note: DHL will pass your order to your local USPS for final delivery to you.  I recommend signing up for updates from both, DHL and USPS using the same tracking number for the most accurate tracking updates

If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your junk/spam email folder before contacting me.  You should receive a fully automated email from me AND from PayPal once your tracking information is available.

Please allow at least one full business day before contacting me to request a tracking number update.  Orders placed on the weekend do not ship until Monday (occasionally not until Tuesday if the weekend/Monday was very busy)
