When Will You Ship My Order?
- The shipping companies usually pick up orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. They do not pick-up on weekends or holidays and occasionally do not pick up weekend orders until Tuesday if the weekend / Monday was busy
How Much is Shipping to the Continental US?
- NEW: Shipping is now flat rate based on size and weight
- Most small parts orders ship via USPS for $4.97 to the continental US
- Large, heavy, or bulky parts orders ship via UPS for $17.95 to the continental US
- The option to select UPS on small orders is no longer available
How Much is Shipping to Canada?
- All vehicles ship via UPS for $49.97 to Canada
- Most small parts orders ship for $4.97 to Canada
- Large, heavy, or bulky parts orders ship via UPS for $49.97 to Canada
- *Shipping to Canada does not include taxes, fees or import duties. Additional fees may be payable to the carrier (UPS, USPS, Canada Post) upon receipt of product
How Do You Ship?
- I prefer USPS for small orders and use UPS for vehicles and some large parts orders
- Orders to Canada may use a combination of USPS, UPS or Canada Post
International Shipping?
- Sorry but I only ship to the continental US and Canada at this time
Returns
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from RampageShop.com, but all returns must be approved in advance, so please contact me to get a return authorization number prior to shipping any product back
Important GuideLines For RampageShop.com Returns:
-Customers are responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise, we recommend that you use a delivery service with tracking so you can verify your return made it back to the warehouse
-Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable
-Returns must be in a like-new/unused condition to receive a refund
Damaged Product or Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our success so our goal is to get your products to you on time and in perfect condition. Occasionally, something happens along the way to prevent that, please let me know right away so that we can make it right
Damaged / Defective Products
Should you receive your order and find any items damaged, defective or missing please contact me as soon as possible so that we can work with you to ship replacement or missing items right away. For defective items please be prepared to fill out a Redcat Racing warranty form
Lost or Damaged Packages
Should your order never arrive or there is damage to the packaging and you don't get satisfaction from the shipping carrier, we want to help. Please contact us within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered (or the date it was expected to be delivered.) To expedite the claim process and protect yourself please follow these important guidelines:
-Inspect every shipment for lost, missing, or damaged merchandise (be sure to count containers if your shipment came in multiple containers)
-Sign the freight carriers receipt as short, damaged, or incomplete to record the issue
-Obtain the signature of the carrier for the lost or damaged merchandise
